Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Wedlock and the Wedlock website. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these terms.

Using Wedlock

Wedlock is wedding planning software for managing tasks, guests, RSVPs, table plans, wedding websites, budgets, and collaborators. You are responsible for the information you add to your account and for keeping your login details secure.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. If you invite collaborators, you are responsible for deciding who has access to your wedding plan.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

Wedlock offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plan prices, limits, and billing details are shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can cancel through the app or by contacting us. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wedlock to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content. Do not try to access another person's account, interfere with the service, bypass security, or use Wedlock in a way that could harm other users or the product.

Your content

You keep responsibility for the wedding details, guest information, website content, images, notes, and other material you add to Wedlock. You give us permission to store, display, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep Wedlock reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or stop parts of the service when needed.

Limitation of liability

Wedlock is provided to help with planning, but you remain responsible for your wedding decisions, supplier arrangements, guest communications, payments, and final checks. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost profits, or issues outside our reasonable control.

Ending access

You can stop using Wedlock at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk, or misuse the service.
